Stories are to be real life stories about Valentine’s Day that are true and happened to the entrant.
Please follow the additional instructions below:
o e-mail your story entry to blog@brewedchocolate.com within the body of the email. No attachments will be accepted.
o Clearly list your full name in the body of the email
o In the subject line of the e-mail, reference the Valentine’s Day story giveaway
o There is no minimum story length. Maximum story length of 1,000 words.
Deadline – We will accept submissions through February 11, 2009. The winner will be announced February 14, 2009.
Contest Details
o By entering the contest, the writer grants Cabaret Foods the rights to post the story online and in marketing materials.
o The prize winner will be notified via e-mail. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure his/her e-mail address is correct and current.
Prize
The prize is one year’s worth of Cabaret Brewed Chocolate, defined as one jar per month for the period of one year.

Cabaret Foods reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by Cabaret Foods, in their sole discretion. Cabaret Foods reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest without liability to the entrant. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. In no event will Cabaret Foods be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the contest, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not Cabaret Foods has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
